Hallie + Harlow is a small business located in the Garden of England, Kent, UK.

Founded in 2024 by Paige, a Mum to Harlow (3), Dog Lover and Small Business owner of Poppy + Ted. 

Inspired by her daughters beautiful hair, and Harlow's want for all things girly and accessories, Hallie + Harlow was created to share our beautiful accessories with everyone!
